Pleiko Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pleiko website and your purchase of products from Pleiko. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

Pleiko designs and sells furniture and home products, including made-to-order and customizable items.

Because many of our products are made from natural wood and plywood materials, variations in wood grain, color, texture, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions, and images accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. Custom & Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate personalization details, names, measurements, dimensions, and other customization requests before submitting an order.

Please verify spelling and measurements carefully.

Products made with name personalization, engraving, custom dimensions, or special modifications are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved order specifications.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not already begun.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside Pleiko's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Any applicable shipping terms, charges, and procedures are further described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Assembly & Product Use

Some Pleiko products require assembly. Customers are responsible for following the assembly instructions provided with the product.

Products should be assembled, installed, maintained, and used only for their intended purpose. Adult supervision should be used where appropriate for children's furniture.

Pleiko is not responsible for damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, modification, misuse, failure to follow provided instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible standard products may be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise specified, eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Custom and personalized products are Final Sale as described above.

8. Intellectual Property

The Pleiko name, logo, product photographs, website graphics, written content, product designs, and other original materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Pleiko and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, copy, or commercially use our protected content without permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our services when reasonably necessary to protect Pleiko, our customers, or our website.

10. Third-Party Services

Our online store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party providers for payments, shipping, analytics, and other services. Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pleiko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
