Every order ships free via UPS Ground within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Local pickup available
In the Atlanta area? You can pick up your order at our workshop in Duluth, GA. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and save 10% on your order. We'll email you when it's ready.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Received a damaged shipment?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pleiko.com with photos of the damage (including packaging). We'll send replacement parts or a full replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the damaged piece first.
