2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of these Terms will result in termination of your services.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are representative; because our furniture is made from natural maple plywood, variations in wood grain are normal and expected. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other accepted payment methods at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship free via UPS Ground within the contiguous United States. Processing takes 3–5 business days, with delivery in approximately 5–10 business days. Local pickup is available at our workshop in Duluth, GA. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window on unassembled, unused items in their original packaging. Custom orders are final sale. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details on returns, refunds, and damaged items.
7. Product Safety
Our furniture is made from 3/4" maple plywood that is CARB Phase 2 and TSCA Title VI compliant. All products ship unfinished (sanded smooth, no coatings applied). Adult supervision is recommended during assembly. For bookcases and tall storage pieces, we strongly recommend anchoring to the wall for safety. Wall anchoring hardware is not included.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Pleiko and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pleiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
